Pourakarmikas stage protest, warn of boycotting Dasara works

Mysuru: With less than 10 days left for Navaratri festivities to start on October 17, pourakarmikas working on contract basis have warned of boycotting work, if their demands are not met.
The pourakarmikas who are staging a sit in on the footpath outside Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) office on New Sayyaji Rao road are mainly demanding payment of salary through direct bank transfer ( DBT) system.
