Police issue ban orders around 43 SSLC exam centres in city

Mysuru: The city police have promulgated prohibitory orders under Section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS)-2023, around 43 SSLC exam centres in the city, as the exam begins on Friday, March 21.
The Police Commissioner Seema Latkar, has stated that, SSLC exams will be held from March 21 to April 4. The prohibitory orders will be in place around 200 Metres radius of the exam centres, from 6 am to 6 pm.
Except for the students and exam staff, no unauthorised persons are allowed to move around the exam centres. No persons are allowed to carry objectionable materials and the photocopy shops, cyber Centre and browsing centre are ordered to be closed during the exams.
