Now, 12 disgruntled MLAs to meet Governor

1 min read

Bengaluru: High drama has continued in the city on Saturday with all the 12 disgruntled MLAs of Janata Dal ( Secular) and Congress coalition government scheduled to meet Governor Vajubai R Vala anytime soon.

Soon after exiting from the chamber of Speaker K R Ramesh Kumar, the miffed MLAs travelled towards Raj Bhavan. They are likely to handover another set of their resignation letters withdrawing their support to the coalition government.

Meanwhile, the efforts made by D K Shivakumar at the speaker’s chamber to convince them went in vain, as the legislators engaged in a wordy duel with him.

When Shivakumar asked Rajarajeshwari Nagar MLA Muniratna to come out of the rivals group, Muniratna is learnt to have replied curtly asking Shivakumar to mind his own business.
