Bengaluru: “This government is flaunting arrogance just because it has a slight majority. We will teach this thick-skinned government a lesson,” said State Youth JDS President Nikhil Kumaraswamy.
“The people voted them to power believing they would do good. But this government, which has made deceit its core principle, is treating the citizens like slaves. We cannot stay silent any longer,” he thundered.
“For five years, the people will have to endure suffering. Already, the past two years have been a form of torture. The people will give a befitting reply in the upcoming local body elections. That’s precisely why the Congress doesn’t have the courage to hold elections. Whenever the opposition stages a protest, the government immediately plans another counter-event. This is a diversionary tactic. All of this is the handiwork of the KPCC President — he’s the mastermind behind it. He is relentless in this. But in the end, elected representatives will have to bow before the people,” he lashed out.
