New office-bearers elected to IETE Mysuru centre

Mysuru: The annual general body meeting of IETE Mysuru Centre was held virtually on June 23.
G Ramesh, Immediate Past Chairman IETE Bengaluru Center and member IETE Governing Council was the observer for the election of the office-bearers and executive committee members of IETE Mysuru.
General body has elected the following office bearers and executive committee members for the year 2020-2022.
1. Prof Nataraj C R Former Prof. SJCE, Mysuru Chairman
2. Dr Bhagyashree S R ATMECE, Mysuru Vice Chairman
3. Dr Parameshachari B D GSSSIETW, Mysuru Hon. Secretary
4. Prof S Shashidhar Gokhale Former Prof ATMECE, Mysuru Hon. Treasurer
Prof M J Sampath Kumar, immediate past Chairman, IETE Mysuru Centre congratulated the new office-bearers of IETE Mysuru centre.
The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India’s leading recognised professional society devoted to the advancement of Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication & IT.
The IETE is the National Apex professional body of Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and IT Professionals
The IETE focuses on advancement of the Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computers, Information Technology and related areas.
Towards this end the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programmes for human resource development, according to Prof. Nataraj C R, Chairman, IETE Mysuru.
