New health officer for MCC

Mysuru: Dr Jayanth M S has been appointed as the new health officer of Mysuru City Corporation ( MCC). He took charge of the office on Friday.
According to the transfer order issued on May 27, Jayanth has been transferred to vacant post at MCC. This has been effected after making changes to the internal transfer order in the city corporation. Dr D G Nagaraj who was serving as corporation health officer has been transferred to another vacant post of health officer within the corporation.
Jayanth was previously working as chief medical officer, sub- divisional hospital, Pandavapura in Mandya.
