NAREDCO and MUDA come together to debate on real estate scenario, housing projects on September 23

Mysuru: National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) has organised a debate on exploring the possibilities of joining hands with Mysuru Urban Development Authority ( MUDA) to initiate development projects in the city.

The discussion is organised on September 23 at Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club at 4 PM. 

National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) President Adisheshan Gowda told media persons on Tuesday “Mysuru is a fast developing city. It needs to be discussed about the real estate scenario and development issues. In this wake, NAREDCO is setting a platform for the stakeholders to pore over the nitty gritty”. 
Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) chairman H V Rajiv is actively engaged to infuse life to various pending projects. He also discussed with the farmers about development of a satellite town in the outskirts of the city. It also bodes well for the development of real estate sector in Mysuru. Hence, we are setting a platform for an open debate”, said Gowda.
“It will be a brain storming session where we will discuss both positives and negatives and legal hurdles to implement the housing projects”, said Gowda. 
Naredco immediate past president Manoj Lodha, Advocate Dhirendra Kumar R Mehtha and H V Rajiv will interact during the session.
