This is the second year that Sadhguru Sannidhi is celebrating Naga Panchami at its Naga shrine which has been drawing thousands of people from all over the world since the Sacred Serpent was consecrated by Sadhguru in 2022.
Powerful rituals designed by Sadhguru can be offered to Naga on this day to earn his grace. Among the most popular offerings is the Benne Seva where one can directly apply specially prepared butter on Naga. Said to be a potent process, it allows the devotee to physically be in touch with Naga’s energies.
Other offerings include Naga Panchami Deepa Arpane, Naga Panchami Karkotaka Arpane, Naga Panchami Sarpa Seva and Naga Dosha Nivarana Kriya.
Local communities from five villages within a five kilometre radius of Sadhguru Sannidhi will walk to the Naga shrine to offer milk to the sacred serpent on the occasion. It is believed that an offering of milk will appease Naga and bring his grace and blessings to the community. Sadhguru has established Naga as a Kshetrapala or Protector for the region.
