Mysuru youth Nikhil winner of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8

Mysuru: Nikhil, a talented youth from Mysuru emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8, hosted by superstar Nagarjuna Akkineni.
Nikhil, the son of senior journalist K Shashikumar, claimed the coveted trophy after defeating fellow finalist Gautham Krishna in a gripping finale on Sunday.
The grand finale was made even more spectacular with the presence of Powerstar Ram Charan Teja, who added star power to the event.
Nikhil, who won the hearts of the audience throughout the season, expressed his gratitude after the victory, saying, “Thank you, everyone. It has been a wonderful journey with all of you. So many memories—smiles, laughs, tears, and fights. Your support, directly or indirectly, has been invaluable. I’ve learned a lot, and I will carry these lessons with me. Thank you to the audience for bringing me to this stage and proving that I am one of you.”
Born in Virajpet, Kodagu district and raised in Mysuru, Nikhil has always been passionate about acting and dancing.
Starting his journey as a theatre artist, he made his silver screen debut in the Kannada movie ‘Ooty’.
He later entered the Kannada television industry with the popular serial ‘Maneye Mantralaya’.
Nikhil’s talent transcended state borders as he ventured into the Telugu entertainment industry with his first TV serial ‘Gorintaku’. His impressive performances in serials and reality shows quickly won him a massive fan base in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, eventually earning him a spot on Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8.
With his remarkable win, Nikhil has not only made Mysuru proud but has also solidified his position as a favorite among Telugu audiences.
