Mysuru: That Mysuru is a paradise of tourists is nothing new. What’s really new is shortly Mysureans and tourists can enjoy the space tour and also meet the aliens.
After back to back Covid waves, tourism in the City of Palaces is gradually limping back to normal. It is evident with tourist destinations brimming with tourists and there is no dearth of tourist attractions either in Mysuru which are expanding with visitors promised with a galore of tourist spots to hang on.
Mysuru Utsava by Gruha Shobe-2022, an upcoming event is going to take exhibitions in Mysuru to next level as it is exploring science with a dollop of fun in this mega exhibition.
A space world is being recreated behind Parking Lot opposite Dasara Exhibition Grounds, where one can experience the travel through planets, understand space station, encounter aliens and also take selfies.
It is a dream of everyone to touch the sky, but it’s impossible for all. Though space travelling can be the option, it’s not everybody’s cup of tea, except for astronauts as it involves a huge risk in reality.
Artistes from Mysuru, Hyderabad and Chennai have designed the Space Tour theme which will open on Wednesday (April 27) and will be open for a month and concludes on May 29.
M S Nagachandra the brain behind Space Tour theme and Director of Simon Exhibitors told Mysoorunews.com “it’s everyone’s dream to fly to space and explore the planets. The curiosity about aliens and how the space station operates still remains. We have included all under a single roof. It’s a mix of science and fun”.
