MUDA scam: KR MLA T S Srivatsa complains to Lokayukta ADGP in sealed cover

Mysuru: Krishnaraja MLA T S Srivatsa has lodged a complaint in sealed cover to ADGP, Lokayukta, Bengaluru, seeking action against former Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Commissioners G T Dinesh Kumar and Dr D B Natesh and other officers involved in irregularities related to the allotment of sites under 50:50 scheme.
Srivatsa has demanded the filing of a criminal case against the officers, for allotting over 5 lakh square feet sites, causing a loss of whopping Rs 5,000 crore to the State exchequer.
Srivatsa has also reminded that, no action has been taken over the similar requisition made to the Chief Secretary of State Government and the Principal Secretary of Urban Development Department.
Lokayukta office has issued an acknowledgment under Section 7 of Karnataka Lokayukta Act and has listed Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAO) and Member, Town Planning of MUDA and Secretary of Urban Development Department of Government of Karnataka also along with Dr D B Natesh and G T Dinesh Kumar, against whom the complaints are received.
