MUDA officials reclaim Rs 40 lakh worth HUDCO house at Devanur first stage in Mysuru

Mysuru: Close on the heels of reclaiming a MIG house that was illegally occupied in Ramakrishna Nagar, MUDA officials reclaimed another house in the city.
A HUDCO house ( MIG-388) at Devanur first stage belonging to MUDA that was illegally occupied by one Naseer from the last eight years was reclaimed on Monday. It is estimated worth Rs 40 lakh.
MUDA Zonal Officer H P Shivanna and Assistant Engineer Rajashekar were present.
This follows the complaints of unauthorised persons occupying the houses allotted by MUDA ( earlier city improvement trust board) or lying vacant, under various schemes.
The MUDA officials will be inspecting such houses and the occupants should furnish relevant documents at the time of visit.
In case of any non- Cooperation such occupants will be deemed unauthorised stay and action will be taken accordingly, stated a release from MUDA Commissioner.
