MUDA case: If verdict is against CM, advocates may appeal to Divisional Bench

Mysuru: As the countdown begins for the verdict of Karnataka High Court in Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case, that will make or mar the future of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, both the respondendent and plaintiffs have prepared to file an appeal.
If the verdict comes in favour of Siddaramaiah, the CM will feel emboldened, but if it comes against the expectations, the advocates of Siddaramaiah will be filing an appeal at the Divisional Bench of the High Court.
Similar move is expected from the plaintiffs, who had complained to the Governor against Siddaramaiah.
