More comfort! Mysuru- Varanasi train fitted with LHB coach

Mysuru: South western railway ( SWR), Mysuru division offers more comfort to those travelling between Mysuru- Varanasi- Mysuru bi-weekly express, with the introduction of LHB coach.
The train ( No 16229/ 16230) commences journey on every Thursday excluding Mysuru and Saturday excluding Varanasi. One conventional rake of the train has been replaced with Linke Hofmann Busch ( LHB) rake.
In a press release, the authorities have informed that ‘the LHB coaches built with German technology offers smooth riding with improved suspension system even during high speed. It has wide windows as an added advantage along with micro processor controlled A.C. system that brings more comfort during summer and winter season’.
It also has anti- telescopic and anti-climbing features that checks fatality in case of derailment or collission. The disc brake system is superior to existing conventional brake system.
