Mysuru: All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) sponsored ATAL Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was conducted at Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore (MITM).
Though the technology has evolved and the world is exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IOT), its application in monitoring health and wellness remains the less visited world. To bridge this gap, Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore conducted a six-day faculty development program sponsored by AICTE from December 18 to 23, 2023.
The FDP titled ‘Convergence on AI and IOT for Smart Health’ was hosted at the college jointly by the departments of ECE & ISE.
The audience, 58 in numbers, included Faculty, Research Scholars and PG Students from various institutes and firms. The sessions at the FDP were handled by eminent resource persons from Industry, Institute and Professional organisations and included industry visits.
The FDP was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr Amar Kumar, Director Bharath Cancer Institute Mysuru, Guest of Honour Dr D S Guru, Professor, Department of Studies in Computer Science, University of Mysore.
