Miscreants ‘poison’ four cows to death in Belur taluk

Hassan: In a suspected case of poisoning, four cows worth Rs two lakh have died at Ballenahalli in Belur taluk, in the district.
According to the cattle owner, the miscreants may have fed the poison stealthily.
As Covid crises has pushed many towards dire straits, these cows were the source of income for their owners.
Police visited the spot and collected the details.
