Ministry of forest and climate change recognition for Bandipur Tiger Reserve’s forest guard

Mysuru: Anand R, a forest guard from Bandipur Tiger Reserve has been nominated for a prestigious award to be given for frontline workers by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
A similar award will also be given to Veeranjenaya V, deputy range forest officer, Kali Tiger Reserve.
These awards will be presented by Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav on the occasion of Global Tiger Day on July 29 at Corbett Tiger Reserve in, Uttarakhand.
