Meghalaya Governor C H Vijayashankar visits Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala for Sri Krishna Janmashtami

Mysuru: Meghalaya Governor C H Vijayashankar participated in Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations organised at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Yadavagiri in the city.
The school management extended a grand welcome and honoured the Governor.
Governor Vijayashankar praised the efforts of the Sri Ramakrishna Ashram in promoting moral and societal values across the country. He highlighted the literary works of Rashtrakavi Kuvempu, who authored biographies of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda. The Governor encouraged students to read these books for their progressive and transformative insights.
The visit was graced by the presence of Swami Mukthidanandaji Maharaj, President of Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, along with Swami Yuktheshanandaji, Principal T K Chandrashekar and other members of the academic staff.
