MCC launches unique drive against Covid from Mayor, Deputy Mayor’s wards

Mysuru: Ward Level Task Force (WLTF) of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has launched an unique drive to check Covid-19 at the ground level.
A door-to-door drive was launched from the wards of Mayor Rukmini Madegowda (36) and Deputy Mayor Aftab Anwar Baig (10) on Wednesday.
The Asha workers and volunteers will check oxygen level of the residents with Pulse Oxymeter and body temperature with thermal screening. If any resident is found ill, they will be taken to nearby PHC or Covid Mitra for treatment.
The drive will be conducted in all the 65 wards of the city.
MCC Commissioner Shilpa Nag was present.
