Mandya: Deputy Commissioner Dr Kumar paid a surprise visit to Malvalli taluk office on Wednesday.
During his visit, he attended to several complaints. He reviewed and cleared applications with regard to RTC that were pending for over seven months at the taluk office.
He asked the officials to attend to people’s complaints and evolve measures to dispose their grievances at the earliest. He also asked them not to make them run from pillar to post to have their grievances addressed.
He reviewed various administration works in revenue department and offered suggestions for the officials to expedite the process. He also visited Kittur Rani Chennamma Residential School and village accountant office at Pandithahalli.
Malvalli Tahsildar accompanied him.
