Man arrested for bid to rape minor girl

Mysuru: A man has been arrested on the charges of bid to sexually assault a minor girl in Hunsur taluk recently.
The girl was playing outside near a school when the accused lured her with a chocolate. He allegedly took the girl behind a building and made a bid to outrage her modesty, when the girl raised an alarm attracting the passersby.
The people rushed to the spot and caught hold of the accused and handed him over to the police.
