Lodge raid! 13 gamblers arrested, Rs 2.53 lakh seized

Mysuru: City crime branch (CCB) police have raided a lodge and have arrested 13 persons. They were playing “Andar Baahar” card game in a room in a lodge on Seebaiah road in Devaraja Mohalla with Rs 2,53,170 in stake. Twelve cellphones are seized.
The arrested are- Shivu, Dhananjay, Anand, Mallesh, Girish, Mahesh, Rajesh, Kumar, Mahadev, Manju, Prakash, Krupakar and Dakshinamurthy.
The CCB ACP Mariyappa led police team included Inspector A Mallesh, ASI Raju, policemen Deepak, Joseph Noronha, D Sreenivas Prasad, V Raghu, K G Sreenivas and Shivakumar.
