Mysuru: Around 84,000 candidates in 20 districts are attending the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) exams conducted by University of Mysore today. It is held from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.
University of Mysore had to postpone the KSET planned earlier four times.
For 41 subjects a total of 84,000 candidates have enrolled for KSET.
In Mysuru alone 29 centers are allotted to conduct the exam. Owing to Covid-19 pandemic, only two students will be occupying each bench and total 24 students in each room.
Wearing mask and maintenance of social distance is made compulsory for students.
The exam centres are also allotted at flood hit Belagavi, Dharwad, Vijayapura, Davangere, Tumakuru and Ballari districts too. However, Mysuru and Bengaluru have maximum exam centers.
