Mysuru: Centenary-year-old Krishnarajendra Co-operative Bank celebrated its 104th Foundation Day here on Monday.
Krishnaraja MLA T S Srivatsa and Chamaraja MLA K Harish Gowda garlanded the bank founder Shettappa Siddappa’s bust at the bank premises at N Madhava Rao Circle (Agrahara).
The Krishnarajendra Co-operative Bank set up in 1919 was one of the most dependable and oldest co-operative banks in the princely state of Mysore, then.
During the Foundation Day, Bank President Pratidhwani Prasad, B Basappa, Bhaskar, Naveen Kumar, Siddappa, Arun, Parthasarathi, Sarvamangala and Nagaraj were present.
