Mysuru: Following the eight years of completion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP government at the centre, KPCC general Secretary M LLakshmana came out with a list of failures of the government.
Lakshmana addressed the press conference in the city on Wednesday and released the list of 40 failures of BJP government.
“BJP led union government didn’t allocate proper funds to develop Mysuru like Paris, but now they are chanting of Mysuru getting a development push after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s next visit (on June 21 for International Day of Yoga).
Union Minister Pralhad Joshi sounds like second Modi as he claims of allocating extra trains to Mysuru, followed by 10- lane highway to Mysuru.
And MP Pratap Simha who is none but the third Modi, has a Phd in uttering lies. According to Simha, it was because of BJP government Mysuru witnessed development.
‘I ask BJP government to release statistics related to funds in open, if they really have any such documents. Earlier Chief Minister Siddaramaiah led government allocated Rs 3,000 crore funds”, Lakshmana claimed.
Regarding Rajya Sabha elections from the State (which has taken a curious turn with Congress fielding a second candidate dashing the plans of JDS which has a lone candidate Kupendra Reddy banking on Congress votes to win), Lakshmana alleged that “JDS has proved itself as BJP’s B-team. They don’t have respect for H D Deve Gowda, while Congress supported Gowda. Now, we have extra 25 votes and our second candidate Mansoor Khan will win”.
“Your minority empowerment talks are just for gimmick”, said Lakshmana targeting JDS.
In the election to Legislative Council from South Graduates constituency, Lakshmana said “BJP will never win, as all four district incharge ministers are in favour of Congress candidate Madhu G Madegowda. BJP will lose the election in the elimination round”.
