KIADB land for Kharge’s Trust: Minister Priyank Kharge must answer, demands HDK

Mandya: Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday came down heavily on RDPR Minister Priyank Kharge, for his family owned Siddartha Vihar Trust getting a five acres land allotted from Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) for establishing an aerospace Industry near Bengaluru.
Kumaraswamy spoke to media persons after the presidential polls to Mandya City Municipal Council (CMC).
Priyank was advising the whole world before hearing others. Now, he is in such a situation that, he should seek advise from others, said Kumaraswamy in a sarcastic tone.
KIADB has allotted CA sites to several people in the past. But Priyank Kharge who has the habit of advising all, got the site, but on what grounds? He could have purchased the plot or land elsewhere. Why KIADB site? It is a clear misuse of power and he should definitely answer, demanded Kumaraswamy.
Raj Bhavan Chalo
Kumaraswamy also took a dig at Congress leaders, for taking out Raj Bhavan Chalo on August 30. Let them do Rashtrapati Bhavan Chalo, and take out a rally to the residences of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. They are raking up an issue which has no merit, said Kumaraswamy.
