Karnataka Minister meets Kharge for LS ticket from Kolar

New Delhi: K H Muniyappa, Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Karnataka called on AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge here on Monday.
Muniyappa who is lobbying hard for Lok Sabha ticket from Kolar (SC Reserve), met Kharge at the latter’s official residence at No 10 Rajaji Marg.
Congress is expected to announce its second list of candidates on March 20.
Muniyappa is currently a MLA from Devanahalli in Bengaluru.
However he had lost the previous Lok Sabha elections of 2019 against S Muniswamy of BJP in Kolar.
