Kolar: Clearly hitting out at AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge’s jibe “snake,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that “Snake is the charm of Lord Shiva’s neck. For me, people of the country are like Lord Shiva and I have no problem staying with them like a snake around Lord Shiva’s neck.”
Addressing a mammoth public rally at Kendatti Gate in Kolar on Sunday, Modi made an emotional speech, targeting the Congress. “At a time of election, Congress is busy hurling abuses at me. I have been called a venomous snake. Is this the culture of Karnataka? People will give a fitting reply to the Congress by voting for BJP,” he said.
