Karnataka elections: Do not go by the fake narratives floated by Congress: PM Modi in Ballary

1 min read

Ballari: Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress of shielding terror elements in the country while addressing a rally in Ballari on Friday.

Taking a cue from “The Kerala Story,” PM Modi said that even the Congress wants to protect terror elements for the sake of votes. In one of his fierce speeches – during the Karnataka rally – reiterated that only the BJP could put an end to such anti-national elements and asked the people to make wise choice.

Terming the Congress manifesto a pack of lies, PM Modi said that it is full of appeasement and less of development. Instead, the BJP’s manifesto reflects the party’s commitment towards the people. He also charged the Congress of floating fake narratives of its winning to distract voters. But the people have decided to put an end to it and support BP, he observed.

Emphasising on the benefits of double engine governments, PM Modi credited that such a system has been able to benefit lakhs of beneficiaries under various schemes.

During the rally, BJP leaders including G Somashekhar Reddy, B Sriramulu and others were present.

PM Modi was gifted an idol of Kanaka Durgamma Devi, presiding deity of Ballary. PM Modi predicted that the BJP would be voted back to power in the State. Throughout his speech, he chanted ‘Jai Bajrang Bali’.
