Kannada activists protest, demand Prez rule in State

Mysuru: As the State is undergoing a political crisis, Mysuru Kannada Vedike activists on Tuesday staged a protest demanding the imposition of President’s rule in the State.

The activists who staged a protest at Agrahara Circle in the city raised slogans against coalition government in the State.

They demanded the dissolution of the assembly and imposition of President’s rule to stop resort politics in the State. The people of the State are facing burning issues like lack of drinking water and deficit rainfall, and the Janata Dal ( Secular) and Congress coalition government is still indulge in saving the dispensation ever since it came into office a year ago.

Vedike president Balakrishna, Nala Beedhi Ravi, Palace Babu and others took part in the protest.
