Mysuru: JDS State leader Nabeel Mohamed Khan has condemned the attack on Urdu journalist Safdar Khisar by Pro-Hindu activists.
Nabeel Khan stated that “the media is supposed to exist to maintain the bridge between the government and the people. The press is also called the fourth pillar of democracy. The media must act as a third eye of the government and must keep us aware and informed of what is happening around the world.”
Nabeel Mohamed Khan has alleged that such incidents against Muslims are happening because these attackers know they will receive political support from the ruling party.
“Since 2014 when BJP government came into power, the right to dignity of Muslims in the country is being snatched from them. Such incidents have been frequently happening since the Modi Government has come to power,” Nabeel Mohamed Khan added.
