Jayciana gets off to youthful start! Shivanna mesmerises audience with his energetic performance

Mysuru: Jayciana the annual cultural fest of JSS Science and Technology University (JSS-STU), Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering ( SJCE) got off to a colourful start in the city on Friday.
What set the mood was the energetic talks and performance of century star Shivarajkumar.
Shivanna as Shivarajkumar is popular among his fans danced and jived to the peppy number- Tuvvi, tuvvi..’from his debut film Anand to the deafening applause from the crowd.
He also sang a few songs.
In his address, Shivanna recalled his college days and felt to be happy in the midst of the students. Such events bring freshness, he said.
Shivanna who partook in the fest on the invitation of Vismay Sandesh the Vice-president of Student Council also shared his long lasting association with the family of film producer Sandesh Nagaraj.
“I have acted in two films in Sandesh Banner. My next will be a movie titled ‘Ghost'”, said Shivanna.
Shivanna also made it a point that his tryst with Mysuru has grown further for having associated with the city more for the last few months.
Shivanna was gifted with a collage of Puneeth Rajkumar and Dr Rajkumar, as a memento.
Sandalwood music director Arjun Janya elevated the tone of the fest further with his musical nite. The youths went gaga and shook their legs to the foot tapping music.
Sandalwood actor cum award winning director Rishab Shetty will be the today’s attraction at the cultural fest.
JSS Mahavidyapeetha Executive Secretary Dr C G Betsurmath, former MLC Sandesh Nagaraj, film producer Sandesh, Corporator Sathwik and others were present.
