Jay Guru Datta! PM Narendra Modi extends birthday wishes to Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji in Kannada

Mysuru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji in Kannada and chanted the slogan Jay Gurudatta.
On Sunday Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually participated in the 80th birthday celebration of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji at Sri Avadhootha Datta Peetha, Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram on Mysuru-Nanjangud Road.
Modi firstly wished seer in Kannada and addressed the seer as Appaji (father).
“The seer is engaged in social service at different parts of the country. They are carrying glorious heritage of our culture. We have plans for next 25 years of country and these mutts are major parts of the plan”, said Modi in reverence.
“Due to Japan tour I am unable to attend the birthday celebration”, Modi stated.
Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, JET from Hyderabad, district minister S T Somashekar and MLA S A Ramadass were present.
Various programmes are lined up for 10 days from May 22 to 31 as part of the 80th birthday of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, 100th birth anniversary of Sri Jayalakshmi Mata and 24th anniversary of Nada Mantapa celebrations.
