It’s official! Siddaramaiah appointed as leader of opposition in Karnataka assembly

New Delhi: Former Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah has been appointed as the leader of opposition in Karnataka Legislative Assembly.
It’s for a second term that the Siddaramaiah has been appointed as opposition leader, as he held the post earlier from the year 2008 to 2013.
According to a press note issued from K C Venugopal general secretary of All India Congress Committee ‘ Siddaramaiah has been appointed as leader of opposition for legislative assembly and S R Patil for the legislative council’.
