It’s a 50 pc commission government: Hariprasad slams BJP

Mysuru: Even as the fresh charges made by Karnataka State Contractors Association President Kempanna accusing a minister of demanding 40 per cent commission continues to rattle BJP government in the State, Opposition Leader in Legislative Council B K Hariprasad slammed the ruling BJP calling it as a 50 per cent commission government.

Hariprasad who addressed media at Jaladarshini Guest House in the city said “Congress is a century old party, but BJP is the richest party and how is it possible? RSS is also the richest NGO and how is it possible? It is all possible due to 50 per cent commission”, he alleged.

Congress created a history, while Bjp is manipulating the history beacuse they have failed to rule. Savarkar was atheist but BJP has given a call to place Savarkar’s photo along with the idol of Lord Ganesha during the forthcoming Gowri-Ganesha festival.

Savarkar didn’t fight agaisnt British and any proof to substantiate the claim is welcome. He tendered apology to Britishers. BJP after taking up the name of Naturam Godse is now using Savarkar for deriving political benefit, Hariprasad alleged.

MLA Dr Yathindra Siddaramaiah, former MLA M K Somashekar, former Chamarajanagar MP and KPCC Working President R Dhruvanarayan, former mayor Pushpalatha Chikkanna, former deputy mayor Pushpavalli, Mysuru District City Congress Committee President R Murthy, rural President Dr B J Vijaykumar were present.
