Irrfan Khan shared a special relation with Namma Mysuru

Mysuru: Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan who passed away in Mumbai on Wednesday had a special relation with Namma Mysuru, the cultural hub of the State.

Irrfan, a theatre artiste too, was happy to inaugurate a summer camp organised by Rangayana in 2015.

Rangayana organizes ‘Chinnara Mela’, a summer camp for children, every year. In 2015, the camp was organised with the theme ‘Nela-Jala’ (land and water) and it was inaugurated by Irrfan khan at Kalamandira.

Theatre personality, H Janardhan (Janni) was the director of the Rangayana then.

Irrfan had spent a good time visiting Rangayana and chatting away with enthusiastic kids. He happily obliged for photos when the children asked.

He had also interacted with Mysuru popular theatre personality Rameshwari Varma during the inaugural function.
