Indian woman cricketer Veda Krishnamurthy renews adoption of zoo leopard

Mysuru: Indian woman cricketer Veda Krishnamurthy has renewed the adoption of zoo animal on Sunday.
Veda had adopted Indian Leopard named Bhuvana of Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens (Mysuru Zoo) in 2017, after paying the adoption fee of Rs 35,000 for a period of one year.
Following year in 2018, she had renewed the adoption for consecutive second year. On Sunday, Veda renewed the adoption by paying the prescribed amount under animal adoption scheme.
A native of Chikkamagaluru, Veda who has love for animals was keen on adopting a zoo animal.
