‘The vaccines have proven effective. Those who are vaccinated may get infected by Coronavirus. But the symptoms of the infection will be minimal. Therefore, getting a vaccine is of paramount importance. It is natural that many other variants of the Coronavirus will appear. However, there is no need to worry about new viruses. Vaccines will give protection’ he promised.

‘There is no benefit in treating Covid -19 patients with Ivermectin, Remdesivir and 2DG drugs. There is no scientific evidence that taking these drugs cure the disease. The politicians should not mislead the masses; instead, they must cooperate in research against the disease’ he added.
