I’m not surprised: Former MLA Vasu on KPCC notice

Mysuru: Reacting to a notice served to him for alleged anti-party activities, Congress former MLA Vasu said that he wasn’t surprised of the notice as he was being targeted by “some” leaders for a year or so.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Monday, Vasu former MLA from Chamaraja constituency said that two persons have complained about his alleged anti-party activities and everyone know about these two persons’ background.

“I am a party loyal. I haven’t seen the notice yet and will reply after checking the allegations made against me,” Vasu also a former Mayor said.

Vasu went on to say that he was not worried about such notices and will always abide by the party instructions to contest forthcoming Lok Sabha elections or not.

Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee’s disciplinary wing had served notice to Vasu recently following complaints over his alleged anti-party activities.

Vasu a staunch Congressman has even served as Political Secretary to Chief Minister M Veerappa Moily.
