Hunsur girl secures VTU sixth rank in Civil Engineering for MITM

Mysuru: Chaya R Rampure (USN: 4MH17CV018), a student of Civil Engineering 2017-21 batch at Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore (MITM), has secured sixth trank for the academic year 2020-21 in the recently announced honours list by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi.
Chaya is the daughter of Nanda and Ramesh N Retired AEE, WRDO and residents of Hunsur.
Dr Naresh Kumar B G Principal, MITM, Dr C Ramakrishnegowda, Head of Civil Engineering and the management of the college have congratulated the student and the department for the achievement.
It can be recalled that the Civil Engineering wing of MITM has secured three VTU ranks in the last few years.
