Hubballi vigilance squad SI dies in mishap

Navalgund: Hescom Vigilance Squad sub-inspector Mallikarjun Kulkarni (40) died in an accident on Hubballi-Vijayapura highway near Kiresur village in Navalgund on Monday.
A resident of Kumarakoppa village, Kulkarni was travelling in his Maruti Swift vehicle when his car lost balance and hit the divider. Kulkarni was a 2010 batch police officer. He leaves behind wife and a son. A case in this regard has been registered at Hubballi rural police station.
