Home Minister Amit Shah arrives at Hubli, CM Basavaraj Bommai presents book on ‘BUDDHA’

Hubli: Home Minister Amit Shah arrived at Hubballi Airport in the city on Thursday, to take part in a slew of programmes at Davangere district.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai who received the home minister on his arrival, gifted a boon on BUDDHA to Amit Shah.
It may be mentioned that, after becoming the chief minister, Bommai put a brake into unnecessary expenditures on flowers and garlands, instead directed the departments to give a book during events.
Shah and Bommai will together take part in the inauguration of Gandhi Bhavan at Davangere, visit Kondajji Basappa Memorial, inaugurate Police Public School, Kondajji, Harihara taluk and inaugurate GMIT Central Library, Davangere.
Shah will later return to Hubli and participate in the marriage reception of Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi’s daughter Arpitha.
