Hello Covid Telecare! MCC launches helpline for home isolated patients

Mysuru: Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has launched a round the clock Covid Telecare facility at Ideal Jawa Rotary School on JLB road.
It will function in association with the city based ororganisations like Young Indians Mysuru, GSSS foundation, Rotary Mysore West and Therapanth Yuvak and Citizens Forum Mysuru.
The volunteers will be working in three shifts and 15 doctors in each session will be guiding those in home isolation with required medical help.
Home isolation kits will also be given to Covid-19 positive persons.
Mayor Rukmini Madegowda, Deputy Mayor Aftab Anwar Baig and Mysuru City Corporation Commissioner Shilpa Nag jointly inaugurated the telecare center.
Commissioner Shilpa Nag said “We are working towards containing the virus and mapping positive persons. Medical assistance will be given to them, mainly to avoid unnecessary movement.”
