Guru Madivaleshwara Mutt seer ends life
1 min readBelagavi: Seer Sri Basava Siddalinga the pontiff of Guru Madivaleshwara Mutt at Neginhal village, Bailahongal taluk in the district has allegedly committed suicide by hanging at the Mutt.
The seer is suspected to have committed suicide after an audio clip related to him went viral recently.
Two women had spoken about the seer in the audio clip, which may have prompted the pontiff to take the extreme step, it is said.
Bailahongal police have rushed to the Mutt and are investigating the case.
