GSSSIETW organised HR Analytics Workshop

Mysuru: The department of MBA, GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology in association with Edin Synergy Global, an Educational research organization and the MOU partner, had organised a two-day workshop on ‘HR Analytics’, recently.
The workshop was aimed to provide an overview of HR analytics as well as various hands-on demonstrations on select HR Metrics employed for such decision making. The takeaways from this workshop equip the students with the required tools and techniques to effectively identify, capture, and utilize the vast amount of available data in making better-informed business decisions in the area of Human Resource.
Dr. DR Rajashekhara Swamy, Professor and Head, Department of MBA, GSSSIETW, Dr. Shivakumar M, Principal, GSSSIETW, addressed the students and highlighted the importance of HR Analytics in management decisions. Dr Aparna J Varma, Associate Professor, Department of MBA and the program coordinator gave a brief introduction about the workshop.
R K Bharath, Board Member and CEO, GSSS and Ashok Shenoi, Member and Administration Co-ordinator, GSSS, Prathap Hassan, Director, Corporate Learning and Phaneesh M, Head Operations, Edin Synergy Global, Mysuru were present for the inaugural function.
