GSSSIETW signs MoU with Edin Synergy for honing employable skills

Mysuru: GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Department of MBA, Mysuru signed a MOU with Edin Synergy, Mysuru on March 6 at GSSSIETW campus, Mysuru.
The MOU was signed by Dr M Shivakumar, Principal, GSSSIETW and Prathap H R, Managing Director, Edin Synergy. The other dignitaries present were R K Bharath, Member & CEO, GSSS (R), Mysuru, Ashok Shenoy, Member & Administrative Coordinator, GSSS (R), Dr D R Rajashekhara Swamy, HOD, GSSSIETW, Department of MBA, Mysuru and faculty members of HR department.
GSSS is constantly trying to achieve higher standards in education and imparting of necessary skill set to the students and also to establish a strong linkage with Industries, leading higher educational Institutions, leading professional training institutes, government agencies and other institutes of repute, in order to bridge the gap between the requirements in the Industry, implementing the policy initiatives of the Government and the academia with the further objective of enhancing the employability skills of its students. EDIN through its expertise and network will support to achieve the same.
The objective of MOU is to establish mutually beneficial platform with the aim of enhancing knowledge, skill and employability of students and staff of GSSSIETW, Department of MBA on one hand and EDIN on the other.
The MOU coverage is focused mainly on the field of Human Resource Management. It focuses on the areas such as faculty development programmes, students workshop, conference, certification courses, technical talks by industrial experts, industrial interactions, inter collegiate events and many more skill development activities.
GSSSIETW, Department of MBA, is very happy about this collaboration with Edin Synergy and look forward to conduct various events that can enhance the student’s skills and make them corporate ready.
