Graduation Day at GSSSIETW! Don’t underestimate, believe in self, Naganagowda S J tells engineering graduates

Mysuru: The Management of GSSS(R), Mysuru hosted the Graduation Day Ceremony for the students of 2021 passed out batch of GSSSIETW, Mysuru on April 30 at its campus.
Naganagouda S J, Senior Director – HR, Capgemini Engineering, Bengaluru was the chief guest.
Dr N R Parasuraman, Director & Professor – Finance, SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysuru was present as the Guest of Honour.
Vanaja B Pandit, Hon. Secretary, GSSS(R), Mysuru declared the Opening of the Graduation Day Ceremony.
Naganagouda S J, Senior Director – HR, Capgemini Engineering, Bengaluru spoke about the moral values to be adopted by the students acknowledging the support rendered by the teachers, parents and other well wishers who have helped them in attaining the Degree and to reach their goals.
He reminded the students with the quote of Swami Vivekananda that every soul is potentially divine and the goal is to manifest this divinity by controlling nature, external and internal.
He advised the young minds not to under estimate their potential instead that they should believe in themselves to become successful in future endeavours. As India has got the youth power to transform the globe, he insisted the young engineers to be part of the transformation by being passionate and making their dreams come true and reaching their destiny. He also appreciated the contribution of the women fraternity being with supreme power.
Dr N R Parasuraman, Director & Professor – Finance, SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysuru was the Guest of Honour.
In his speech, Parasuraman emphasized that students need to be committed professional with ethics and social responsibility. Also he advised the student to cultivate the positive thinking, high level of integrity and humanity to be successful their career.
Dr Jagannatha Shenoi M, President, GSSS(R), Mysuru, in his presidential address advised the students to show gratitude towards their parents and teachers for their contribution. He also said that the knowledge is supreme that will certainly make great changes in the career of students.
The degree certificates were distributed to all the undergraduate students by the dignitaries and later swearing of Oath was done by the passed out students.
Vanaja B Pandit, Hon. Secretary, GSSS(R), Mysuru in her address shared best wishes to the students and blessed the passed out students to be successful in future endeavours and to return back the institution and contribute to a greater extent as alumnae members and declared the Graduation Ceremony closed.
Dr Rajendra R Patil, Professor & Head, Dept. of ECE, GSSSIETW Mysuru gave the welcome address and Dr Parameshachari B D, Professor & Head, Dept. of TCE, GSSSIETW Mysuru organized the event with the support of the Alumnae Association of GSSSIETW, Mysuru (R) and delivered the vote of thanks.
