Gandhi Jayanti at Learners! Babar Ali world’s ‘youngest headmaster’ fame to plant saplings, interact with students

Mysuru: Babar Ali, world’s youngest headmaster fame will be in Mysuru in connection with Gandhi Jayanthi on Saturday.

Learners PU College has organized an event of planting saplings at its upcoming premises under the leadership of Babar Ali to commemorate the occasion at 10.30 am.

Such a difference maker Babar Ali is available for personal interaction on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi at 10.30 am at the Learners PU College upcoming campus, opposite Satagalli Bus Depot, Hanchya Road, off Ring Road, Mysuru. 

Parents and students desirous of personal  interaction can participate in the event.

Why do you exist? a question for which most of us do not have an answer is very convincingly answered by Babar Ali.

He has made his presence felt by his incredible, indelible achievement. He became the headmaster of a school at the age of 16, as a school going boy.

He was attending his school in the morning hours and running his afternoon school for the underprivileged in the afternoon, the legacy he continues till date.

He has been rendering yeomen service to the cause of education and has made all the difference to innumerable underprivileged rural children.

The Karnataka Government has included Babar’s story in the text book prescribed for First Year PU course. His story also finds place in the main course book for 10th grade by NCERT in the CBSE board, a richly deserving previlege by any standards.

President of India Ramnath Kovind mentioned about him and his work in his address to the nation on January 25, 2020.
