Freedom fighter H S Doreswamy passes away

Bengaluru: Freedom fighter H S Doreswamy passed away on Wednesday. He was 104.
Doreswamy who had recently got cured of Covid-19, was also discharged from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research hospital. However, a few days later, he was readmitted to the same hospital due to the relapse in his health condition.
He is learnt to have died of heart attack.
Even at this ripe age, Doreswamy was in the lead of movements for the cause of farmers, under privileged and socially marginalised communities.
