Free Kashmir placard case! Over 300 advocates file bail petitions

Mysuru: Over 300 advocates filed for the bail petition of Nalini Balakumar and others accused in the case of holding ‘ Free Kashmir Placard’.

The second additional district and sessions court, that is hearing the case has adjourned thc case to January 24.

Among them, three advocates appealed for the bail of protesters who are facing sedition charges. 
Davanagere based advocate Anis Pasha, another from Mandya and B T Vishwanath President of Mandya District unit of All india Lawyers union argued for the bail. 
Public Prosecutor Anandkumar appealed for some time to file objections. 
From Mysuru alone 180 advocates,  followed by Bengaluru’s 139 advocates and 28 from Mandya have also applied for the bail.
Similarly advocate Raghunath argued for prime accused in the case Maridevaiah.
